The Fall Immune Challenge Begins October 19th  Are you ready?

Here's a peak at what you'll learn each week: 


WEEK 1: The benefits of dark leafy greens and how Green Smoothies boost the immune system.

WEEK 2: Ditch The Sugar. Why refined sugar is so bad for us and how it suppresses the immune system.

WEEK 3: Eat A Rainbow. How adding color to every meal can make a difference.

WEEK 4: Gut Health and Supplements. Why is everyone talking about probiotics and what supplements should you be taking.

WEEK 5: Exercise and Self Care. The importance of having an exercise routine that works for you.

WEEK 6: Stress & Sleep. What happens when we have too much stress and not enough sleep.


What will the challenges be?

Week 1, for example, the challenge will be to add in a green smoothie 5-7 times per week. Week 3, the challenge will be to add 5 colors to your meals everyday.

Your biggest challenge of all – HAVE FUN!

This is meant to be a learning process, not a stressful challenge.
